This was my first time ever doing a volunteer English stay program and for my first experience, this was fantastic. We had an orientation meeting the day before in Prague, which covered the materials we would be using and description of the location and our students. From the moment we arrived in Talč to the moment we left we always felt welcomed by the Check people, and Tom, Lucy, and Lucy. The students were fantastic, eager to learn, and just enjoy talking to English-speaking people. We had great accommodations, and the food was fantastic. Lots of opportunities to interact with each other or students as well as doing a tour of this beautiful town. I really felt like I made a difference. I made so many friends that I will remember for a long time.
